How to use

Place the slicer on a stable, level surface and ensure the nonslip feet have contact with the worktop. Fit the removable carriage and cutting blade as described in the instruction manual. Set the desired slice thickness between 0 and 15 mm, position the food on the carriage and slide it steadily against the rotating blade while using the food holder or guard.
