19" Server / Network Rack Triton RMA 22U, 600x800 mm footprint, light gray, perforated doors
The Triton 19" RMA 22U server/network rack is a 22U cabinet with a 600 x 800 mm footprint in light gray, designed to accommodate standard 19-inch servers, switches and patch panels. The cabinet includes perforated front and rear doors to promote airflow and passive cooling, and it is intended for deployment in server rooms, network closets and other IT equipment installations that require a compact footprint with effective ventilation.
This 19" rack provides a standardized 22U mounting height and a 600 x 800 mm footprint, balancing equipment capacity with a relatively small floor area. Perforated front and rear doors improve passive cooling by allowing convective airflow through the cabinet. The light gray finish offers a neutral appearance suitable for mixed IT environments. The rack supports mounting of a wide range of 19-inch equipment and patching hardware, enabling orderly cable routing and device arrangement.
The rack is intended for passive ventilation and may not be suitable for high-density installations that require active cooling, such as multiple high-power rack servers generating substantial heat. It may also be insufficient for environments that require advanced security features, seismic bracing or specialized airflow management like blanking panels and contained hot-aisle solutions unless additional accessories are installed.
Place the rack on a flat, level surface with sufficient clearance for door opening and rear access. Mount 19-inch equipment into the vertical mounting rails using appropriate cage nuts and screws, distributing weight evenly and placing heavier equipment toward the bottom. Use cable management accessories and route power and network cabling to avoid obstructing perforations and airflow. If higher cooling performance is required, install active fans or rack-mounted cooling units following manufacturer guidelines.
For reliable operation, distribute heavy devices low in the rack, maintain clear airflow paths by avoiding obstructing perforated doors, and evaluate adding active ventilation or blanking panels for denser installations. Regularly inspect mounting hardware and cable routing to preserve ventilation and service access.
