Label printer TSC DA320
The TSC DA320 is a direct thermal desktop label printer designed for product marking, point of sale, retail, small office, shipping labels and other labeling and tag applications. It combines affordability with a durable, reliable design and is available in models that support 203 or 300 dpi resolution and print speeds up to 6 inches per second (102 mm/s). The DA series accepts rolls up to 5-inch OD and delivers clear barcodes, graphics and text. The DA320 model provides Ethernet LAN connectivity and higher memory capacity for more demanding communication needs.
The DA320 offers a balance of low cost and dependable operation with a robust 60-watt power supply that maintains print quality at higher speeds. With 300 x 300 dpi resolution and a compact footprint, it produces sharp labels for a range of applications. The model supports wired Ethernet and a variety of interfaces on different DA models, enabling flexible integration into existing systems.
Load a roll of direct thermal labels (up to 5-inch OD) into the printer according to the user guide, route the media through the print path and close the cover. Connect the DA320 to your network via Ethernet and install the appropriate TSC driver on your computer or POS system. Configure label size, print resolution (up to 300 dpi) and speed in the driver or printer settings, then send print jobs from your labeling software or point-of-sale application.
Use direct thermal labels designed for your intended lifespan and environmental conditions; avoid prolonged exposure to heat and sunlight to prevent label darkening. For consistent results at higher speeds, use media recommended by the manufacturer and ensure firmware and drivers are kept up to date.
