Flexible water connector TUCAI HG-3/8-500 mm, model 3622, 3/8" thread, 500 mm length

Flexible water connector TUCAI HG-3/8-500 mm, model 3622, is a 500 mm long braided supply hose with a 3/8" threaded connection designed for connecting taps, mixers and appliances to the potable water system. The hose provides a flexible and compact link that facilitates installation and repair in tight spaces and standard plumbing setups where a 3/8" connection and 500 mm length are required.

Advantages

The TUCAI flexible connector combines bendable construction with reliable threaded fittings to reduce stress on fixed pipes and joints during installation. Its length offers reach for common installations without excess slack, and the flexible body accommodates minor misalignment between fixtures and supply lines. The construction is intended to resist kinking and to enable a straightforward replacement of old or damaged hoses.

Suitable for

• Connecting basin taps and kitchen mixers to the water supply
• Linking small household appliances (e.g., water heaters, dishwashers when compatible) to supply lines
• Plumbing repairs and renovation projects in bathrooms and kitchens
• Situations requiring a 3/8" threaded connection and approximately 500 mm length

Key specifications

• Connection type: 3/8" threaded fittings
• Length: 500 mm
• Design: flexible braided hose for water supply
• Application: potable water supply for taps, mixers and compatible appliances
• Installation environment: indoor plumbing (bathroom, kitchen)

How to use

Before installation, shut off the water supply and relieve pressure by opening a downstream tap. Inspect the hose ends and fittings to ensure clean sealing surfaces. Screw the 3/8" threaded fitting to the fixture or adapter by hand, then tighten with an appropriate wrench until snug; avoid over-tightening to prevent damage to threads or seals. Route the hose without sharp bends or kinks and secure it to prevent strain on connections. After installation, restore water supply and check all joints for leaks, tightening slightly if necessary.

Usage recommendations

For reliable long-term performance, verify compatibility of thread type and sealing method with your fixture before installation, replace flexible connectors at the first sign of wear or leakage, and avoid exposing the hose to direct sunlight or sources of high heat. Periodic visual inspection is advised as part of routine plumbing maintenance.
