Sealant Tytan silicone universal transparent 310 ml, cartridge 310ml

Tytan silicone universal transparent 310 ml cartridge is a clear, neutral-cure silicone sealant intended for general-purpose sealing and bonding. It forms flexible, durable, and waterproof joints suitable for use on glass, ceramics, sanitary fixtures and metal surfaces. The product is formulated for both indoor and outdoor applications where a transparent, elastic seal is required and where movement accommodation and long-term water resistance are important.

Advantages

The silicone provides a clear, non-yellowing finish that maintains transparency over time and resists weathering and UV exposure. Its neutral cure chemistry minimizes odor and reduces the risk of corrosion on sensitive substrates. The formulation offers good adhesion to a wide range of common building materials without the need for a primer in many cases, while remaining flexible to absorb joint movement and thermal expansion.

Suitable for

• Sealing joints between glass panes and frames
• Sealing sanitary fixtures, sinks and bathroom fittings
• Bonding or sealing ceramic tiles and trims
• Sealing small gaps and joints in metal or painted surfaces
• General repair and maintenance where a transparent seal is required

Key specifications

• Color: transparent/clear
• Packaging: 310 ml cartridge
• Cure type: neutral cure silicone
• Properties: elastic, waterproof, UV-resistant
• Application temperature range: suitable for typical construction temperatures (check label for exact values)

How to use

Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free of dust, grease and loose particles before application. Cut the cartridge tip to the desired bead size, fit a compatible caulking gun and apply an even bead of sealant along the joint. Tool the sealant within the skinning time to achieve a smooth finish and proper contact with joint faces. Allow the sealant to cure fully according to ambient temperature and humidity; avoid contact with water until cured.

Usage recommendations

For best adhesion on porous or difficult substrates, test compatibility first and consider using a suitable primer if required. Store cartridges in a cool, dry place and protect from freezing. Follow safety instructions on the product label and ensure adequate ventilation during application.
