Sealant cartridge Tytan silicone universal black 310 ml — Tytan 10003

Tytan silicone universal black 310 ml is a ready-to-use silicone sealant designed for general sealing and bonding tasks in both interior and exterior applications. The product cures to a flexible, waterproof bead that maintains elasticity over time, making it suitable where movement or thermal expansion may occur. Packaged in a 310 ml cartridge for use with standard caulking guns, this sealant is intended for joints around windows, doors, sanitary fixtures and a variety of building connections.

Advantages

The silicone formulation provides long-lasting elasticity and resistance to weathering, UV light and moisture. Its ready-to-use cartridge format ensures easy application with a caulking gun and promotes consistent bead formation. The black color offers a discreet finish for dark frames, profiles and fixtures, while the cured sealant maintains adhesion to common construction materials, providing a reliable waterproof barrier.

Suitable for

• Sealing joints around windows and exterior door frames
• Sanitary sealing around sinks, bathtubs and shower enclosures
• Sealing expansion and construction joints in façades and cladding
• Bonding and sealing around metal and plastic profiles

• Color: black
• Curing: forms an elastic, waterproof bead after curing
• Application: applied with a standard caulking gun

How to use

Cut the cartridge tip and fit into a compatible caulking gun. Prepare joint surfaces by removing dust, grease and loose material; surfaces should be clean and dry. Apply an even bead of sealant along the joint, then tool the sealant within the skin time to achieve a smooth finish and ensure contact with both sides of the joint. Allow the sealant to cure according to ambient temperature and humidity; avoid exposure to water until the sealant has fully formed a skin and cured.

Usage recommendations

Store cartridges in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For best adhesion, test compatibility with non-standard substrates and painted surfaces on a small area. Follow local ventilation and safety guidance when applying indoors; use protective gloves and avoid contact with skin and eyes.
