Sealant Tytan silicone universal white 310 ml

Universal silicone sealant Tytan silicone universal white 310 ml is a neutral-cure, ready-to-use product formulated for sealing and bonding in construction and sanitary applications. Supplied in a 310 ml cartridge, the silicone creates flexible, watertight joints that are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. After curing it becomes paint-resistant and maintains elasticity to accommodate small movements in connections between materials such as glass, ceramics, metal, and most plastics.

Advantages

This Tytan silicone offers neutral curing chemistry that minimises the risk of corrosion on metal or sensitive surfaces, allowing use close to mirrors, metal profiles and finished surfaces. Its ready-to-use cartridge format ensures controlled application and reduced waste. The cured seal is waterproof, remains elastic over time, and resists ageing from normal indoor and outdoor conditions. The white colour provides a neat, discreet finish for sanitary joints and window or door perimeters.

Suitable for

• Sealing bathroom and kitchen joints around bathtubs, showers, sinks and splashbacks
• Sealing window and door frames to prevent drafts and water ingress
• Sealing joints between ceramic tiles, glass and metal profiles
• General gap filling and finishing around fixtures and fittings in construction

Usage recommendations

For best results, use on clean, dry surfaces and avoid application at temperatures outside the manufacturer’s recommended range. Test compatibility on sensitive plastics before full application. Ensure proper ventilation when applying in confined spaces.
