Current Sensor Ubiquiti mFi-CS
The Ubiquiti mFi-CS Current Sensor is a compact, in-line sensor for monitoring electrical current consumption. Designed to integrate with the mFi™ system, it provides accurate current measurements for energy management and efficiency monitoring. The sensor is small and lightweight, enabling installation in a variety of electrical setups and connection to an mPort™ interface for networked data collection and control.
The mFi-CS offers simple integration with the mFi ecosystem via the mPort™ bridge, allowing serial or sensor data to be sent over Ethernet or Wi‑Fi. It supports centralized monitoring and automation when used with mFi®Sensors and the mFi®Controller software. Its compact size and low weight make it suitable for installations with limited space.
Install the mFi-CS in line with the conductor or circuit you wish to monitor following local electrical safety practices. Connect the sensor to an mPort™ interface to bridge the sensor data to the mFi network via Ethernet or Wi‑Fi. Configure the sensor and create monitoring rules in the mFi®Controller software to collect measurements, trigger alerts, or automate actions based on current readings.
Use the mFi-CS together with an mPort™ and the mFi®Controller software for centralized monitoring and automation. Ensure installation is performed by a qualified electrician and verify compatibility with the monitored circuit’s voltage and current ranges before use.
