Card reader adapter UGREEN CM898 3-in-1 USB-C MagSafe SD/TF (black)
UGREEN CM898 is a compact 3-in-1 card reader adapter that enables reading of SD and TF (microSD) cards via a USB-C connection and is compatible with MagSafe-supported devices. Designed for portable workflows, the adapter offers a small footprint and plug-and-play operation to transfer photos, videos and other files between memory cards and laptops, tablets or smartphones that support USB-C or MagSafe accessories.
The adapter combines SD and TF card slots in a single USB-C accessory, reducing the need to carry multiple readers. Its USB-C connector provides direct, reversible insertion and broad device compatibility with modern computers and mobile devices. The MagSafe-compatible design allows secure attachment to devices and accessories that accept MagSafe-format modules, simplifying mobile use. The unit is compact and lightweight, making it easy to pack for travel or on-location shoots.
Insert an SD or TF (microSD) card into the corresponding slot of the UGREEN CM898 until it clicks into place. Connect the USB-C plug to a compatible host device or attach the adapter to a MagSafe-compatible surface if applicable. The host device should detect the memory card as an external drive, allowing file browsing and transfer through the device's file manager or photo import tools. To remove the card, use the host's safe-eject procedure if required, then gently push and release the card to extract it.
For reliable transfers, use cards with appropriate speed ratings for your files (for example, higher-speed SD cards for video). Avoid forcing cards into slots and keep the adapter dry and free from dust. When transferring large files, ensure the host device has sufficient battery or is connected to power to prevent interruptions.
