Uni-T UT301C+ Infrared Thermometer with Laser Targeting
The Uni-T UT301C+ is a professional infrared thermometer engineered for precise non-contact temperature measurement across a wide range of industrial and maintenance applications. Featuring high-precision laser targeting and a rapid response time, this device allows users to identify thermal anomalies quickly and safely. Its robust construction and ergonomic interface make it a reliable choice for technicians and engineers who require consistent performance in demanding environments.
This thermometer offers exceptional versatility through its adjustable emissivity settings, which allow for accurate readings on various surface types. The inclusion of a high-contrast color EBTN display ensures excellent visibility in different lighting conditions, while the integrated data logging function enables the storage of up to 99 measurement records for detailed analysis. Furthermore, the device provides advanced diagnostic modes such as MAX, MIN, AVG, and DIFF, alongside audible and visual alarms that notify the user immediately when temperature thresholds are exceeded.
This device is designed for surface temperature measurement and cannot measure the internal temperature of objects or substances. It is not intended for medical use or for measuring human body temperature.
To begin, insert the provided 9V battery into the compartment. Power on the device and select the desired temperature unit. Aim the laser at the target surface while maintaining an appropriate distance to ensure the D:S ratio is respected for accuracy. Adjust the emissivity setting based on the material being measured to ensure the most precise reading. Use the trigger to capture measurements and utilize the data hold or lock functions for continuous monitoring. Review stored data directly on the screen as needed.
For the most accurate results, ensure the lens is clean and free of dust or debris. When measuring reflective surfaces, use non-reflective tape or matte paint to improve emissivity accuracy. Always allow the device to stabilize to the ambient temperature of the working environment before taking critical measurements.
