How to use

Point the thermometer at the surface to be measured, keeping the device aligned so the laser targeting circle covers the intended spot. Maintain an appropriate distance according to the 12:1 D:S ratio to ensure the measurement area matches the target. Select °C or °F as needed and enable or disable the laser pointer. Press the trigger to measure; the reading appears on the EBTN‑LCD within the device’s ≤250 ms response time. Use emissivity adjustment for different surface types, and employ MAX/MIN/AVG/DIF functions or data hold for analysis. Replace the two AAA batteries when the low battery indicator appears and store the device in a dry place when not in use.
