Safety headgear Uvex 9770031 White
The uvex pheos E-S-WR safety helmet is a lightweight industrial head protection designed for electrical and construction work. The helmet combines a rigid, fully enclosed shell certified to EN 50365 (1,000 V AC) with a sporty shape, climazone ventilation and a flexible 3D suspension harness to provide protection and wearer comfort. The short brim increases upward field of view while a front slot and side Euroslot adapters allow attachment of helmet lights, visors, earmuffs and other accessories. Available colours include white (UVEX MPN 9770031), yellow, orange, red, green, blue, dark grey and black.
The uvex pheos E-S-WR helmet meets EN 397 and additional requirements for very low temperatures (-30 °C) and molten metal splash (MM), and is approved to EN 50365 for electrical work up to 1,000 V AC. Its fully enclosed shell provides added protection for electricians, while the six-point textile band attachment and wheel-ratchet suspension harness ensure a secure, adjustable fit. The climazone ventilation and lightweight construction improve comfort during extended wear, and the shortened brim enhances upward visibility.
Place the uvex pheos E-S-WR on the head and adjust the wheel-ratchet suspension to achieve a snug but comfortable fit. Ensure the six-point textile harness sits evenly around the head and that the shortened brim does not obstruct your upward line of sight. Fit any required accessories—such as a visor, earmuffs or head torch—into the front slot or side Euroslot adapters following the accessory manufacturer’s mounting instructions. Check the condition of the shell and suspension before each use and replace any damaged components.
Use the helmet in accordance with applicable safety regulations and the accessory manufacturer’s instructions. Regularly inspect for cracks, deformation or wear; replace the helmet if it has sustained a strong impact or shows visible damage. Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and chemicals to maintain protective properties.
