Safety Headgear Uvex 9770130 Yellow
uvex pheos E-WR safety helmet (uvex 9770130, yellow) is a lightweight industrial helmet designed for electrical and construction work. The helmet combines a fully enclosed, pressure-resistant shell with climazone ventilation and a flexible 3D suspension harness to provide protection and wearer comfort. It includes a front slot for helmet lights, side Euroslot adapters for visors and earmuffs, and a long brim. Certified to EN 397 with additional low-temperature (-30 °C) and molten metal (MM) resistance and approved to EN 50365 (1,000 V AC), this model is suitable for electricians and other professionals working near live electrical components.
The uvex pheos E-WR offers continuous width adjustment via a wheel-ratchet suspension harness and a six-point textile band attachment for stable, comfortable fitting. Its robust outer shell resists lateral pressure while the accessory system allows quick fitting of visors, safety spectacles, ear defenders or head torches. The fully enclosed shell and EN 50365 approval provide tested insulation for work up to 1,000 V AC.
Place the helmet on the head and use the wheel-ratchet to set the internal circumference for a snug but comfortable fit. Adjust the chin strap and textile bands so the helmet sits securely without excessive movement. Attach compatible accessories (visor, ear defenders, lamp) using the front slot and side Euroslot adapters as required for the task. Regularly inspect the shell and suspension harness for cracks, deformation or wear before use.
Use the uvex pheos E-WR for insulated work up to 1,000 V AC only when the helmet is in good condition and dry; replace the helmet after any significant impact or if certification markings become illegible. Clean with mild soap and water and store away from direct sunlight and solvents to maintain protective properties.
