VERBATIM DVD-R DataLifePlus 4.7 GB 16x 50-pack spindle, 120 mm
VERBATIM DVD-R DataLifePlus 4.7 GB 16x 50-pack spindle contains 50 writable DVD-R discs with native 4.7 GB capacity each and a standard 120 mm diameter. The discs are optimised for up to 16x write speed and designed for use in compatible DVD-R drives and burners. DataLifePlus media are manufactured to tighter specifications to improve compatibility with recorders, increase recording quality and extend archival life compared with generic media.
DataLifePlus DVD-R discs use Verbatim’s proven manufacturing processes and materials to deliver consistent write performance and reliable readability. Tighter production tolerances reduce write errors and improve compatibility across a wide range of DVD writers. The spindle packaging contains 50 discs for bulk storage and easy access, suitable for repetitive burning tasks without frequent repackaging.
Ensure your optical drive supports DVD-R media and 16x write speeds for optimal performance. Insert a blank VERBATIM DVD-R into the drive, select an appropriate burning application and choose the desired write speed (16x or lower for increased reliability). Finalise the disc if you require compatibility with stand‑alone DVD players. Store unused discs in the spindle away from direct sunlight, heat and high humidity to preserve media quality.
For best archival results, verify recorded data after burning and consider using moderate write speeds (e.g., 8x–12x) if your burner or media show sensitivity to maximum speeds. Keep discs in their spindle or protective cases and avoid bending or scratching recorded surfaces to maintain readability over time.
