The Vertiv Geist Rack Transfer Switch VA4G31A0 is a monitored single-phase rack PDU that delivers 32 A at 230 V (7.3 kW) and provides backup power to single-corded devices. The 1U black unit includes twelve combination C13/C19 outlets and a 1P+N+E (IP44) plug. It detects loss of the primary source and automatically transfers load to the secondary source within 4–8 milliseconds. The unit integrates the Vertiv Geist Next-Generation IMD with a 128x128 high-visibility LCD and an internal orientation sensor to support both horizontal and vertical installation. The device features a redundant power-sharing port for connecting two IMDs and enhanced secure boot protection. Units are CE marked, RoHS certified, comply with IEC 60950-1 (CB certificate available), and are individually tested for functionality.
