It supplies backup power to single‑corded devices and switches from the primary to the secondary source in under 4–8 milliseconds to help maintain continuity during an upstream power failure. The integrated Vertiv Geist Next‑Generation IMD provides local visibility of power metrics on a 128x128 high‑contrast LCD and includes an internal orientation sensor for accurate display when the unit is mounted horizontally or vertically.
