Power Distribution Unit Vertiv MG05M2R1-12L193-3PS56B2H10-S 12 AC outlets 0U Black
The Vertiv MG05M2R1-12L193-3PS56B2H10-S is a monitored three-phase power distribution unit with 12 AC outlets and a 0U form factor. Designed for data centers and IT environments, this rPDU provides input-level monitoring of current, power and voltage via local and remote network access, and supports environmental monitoring with optional sensors. The unit includes a 3 m cable and a maximum current rating of 32 A.
This monitored rPDU delivers reliable power distribution while offering both local and remote monitoring to evaluate energy usage trends and support uptime management. Optional environmental sensors provide real-time temperature and humidity data to help prevent climate-related equipment failures. The rPDU supports fault-tolerant daisy chaining with RSTP for resilient connectivity and can be upgraded by swapping the hot-swappable monitoring device on select units to accommodate evolving monitoring needs.
Mount the 0U rPDU in the rack according to rack manufacturer instructions and connect the input cable to the appropriate three-phase power source rated for 32 A. Connect equipment to the 12 C19 outlets, and configure local or remote network access to enable input-level monitoring of current, power and voltage. If environmental monitoring is required, attach compatible sensors to the rPDU per the sensor installation guide. Use the device management interface to view real-time metrics and to manage daisy-chain settings.
Install the rPDU in a controlled environment and follow electrical safety standards. Regularly review monitoring data and maintain firmware updates for the hot-swappable monitoring module when applicable to ensure accurate reporting and compatibility with network management systems.
