Tarpaulin sheet VidaXL transparent polyethylene with eyelets 6 x 12 m
VidaXL transparent polyethylene tarpaulin sheet, sized 6 x 12 m, offers a large, lightweight cover made from translucent polyethylene material and fitted with reinforced eyelets for secure fastening. The sheet is intended for general purpose protection against rain, dust, wind and sun while allowing light transmission. Its dimensions make it suitable for covering medium to large items such as vehicles, stacks of building materials or temporary shelter frames.
The tarpaulin combines weather resistance and low weight, enabling easy handling and storage. Reinforced eyelets distributed around the perimeter permit multiple fastening points for stable fixing with ropes, bungee cords or straps. The translucent polyethylene allows daylight to pass through while providing a barrier against wind-driven rain and dust.
This tarpaulin is made of polyethylene and intended for general-purpose protection; it is not designed as a permanent roofing material or for prolonged UV-intensive exposure without periodic inspection. For long-term outdoor installations in extreme weather or for heavy snow loads, a heavier-duty or reinforced tarp specifically rated for those conditions should be considered.
Lay the tarpaulin over the object to be protected, align edges and position eyelets at regular intervals for fastening. Use ropes, bungee cords, straps or clips through the reinforced eyelets to secure the sheet to anchors, frames or tie-down points. Ensure the cover has adequate tension and drainage to prevent water pooling. For prolonged outdoor use, periodically check eyelets and attachment points for wear and retension as required.
For best results, install the tarpaulin with slight slope to promote runoff, avoid prolonged water pooling, and store dry when not in use. Replace or repair any damaged eyelets or tears promptly to maintain protective performance.
