VIEWSONIC PS502X is a short-throw data projector engineered for classrooms, meeting rooms and other bright indoor environments. It delivers 4000 ANSI lumens of brightness with an XGA (1024x768) native resolution and a 15000:1 contrast ratio, using a lamp light source that provides up to 4,000 hours in normal mode and up to 12,000 hours in eco mode. With a 0.616 short-throw ratio and a compact 2.87 kg housing in white, the PS502X produces large, readable images while minimizing presenter shadows and glare.

Advantages

The projector offers high brightness suitable for spaces with ambient light, a short-throw lens that enables a 100” image from about 1.3 m, and support for screen sizes up to 300”. Dual HDMI inputs and USB Type-A power support flexible device connections and easy wireless dongle power. How to use

Place the PS502X at the recommended short-throw distance from the screen (approximately 1.3 m for a 100” image) and connect the video source using HDMI or other supported inputs. Use the manual focus ring and digital zoom to adjust image sharpness and size. If using a wireless HDMI dongle, connect it to an HDMI input and supply power from the projector’s USB Type-A port. Adjust projector settings via the on-screen display for brightness modes, input selection and color adjustments. For firmware updates, connect a laptop via USB and follow the manufacturer’s update procedure.
