Advantages

This recessed power strip offers a streamlined installation method that sits flush or semi-flush with the mounting surface, ensuring that cables and plugs do not interfere with daily tasks or workspace aesthetics. By embedding the power source directly into the furniture, it eliminates the need for long extension cords running across the floor, which significantly improves room safety and neatness. The durable construction supports regular daily plugging and unplugging, making it a dependable hardware addition for busy work environments.

Suitable for

• Modern office desks and executive workstations
• Conference and meeting room tables
• Home office setups and study desks
• Built-in furniture and kitchen worktops requiring discreet power access

When it may not be suitable

This power strip is not designed for temporary or portable setups that require moving the power source frequently between locations. It is also unsuitable for outdoor environments or areas exposed to high moisture levels, as it lacks specialized weatherproofing.

Key specifications

• Color: Black
• Installation type: Recessed or built-in
• Compatible surfaces: Desks, worktops, and office furniture

How to use

To install the power strip, prepare an appropriately sized cutout in the desk or worktop according to the physical dimensions of the unit. Insert the power strip securely into the opening and fasten it in place using the integrated mounting mechanism. Once securely installed, plug the main power cable into a nearby wall outlet. You can then connect standard electronic devices directly to the built-in sockets as needed for daily work.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify the thickness and material of your desk or worktop to ensure compatibility with recessed mounting
• Check that you have adequate clearance beneath the furniture surface for the depth of the unit and connected plugs
• Confirm the location of nearby wall outlets to ensure the main power cable can reach safely

Usage recommendations: Regularly inspect the power strip and connected cords for any signs of wear or damage. Avoid overloading the unit by connecting high-draw appliances that exceed its designed electrical capacity. Keep the socket slots clean and free from dust or debris to maintain optimal contact and safety during daily operation.
