How to use

Set each pole to the required length by sliding the segments and securing the adjustment according to the locking mechanism. Adjust the polyester strap to fit comfortably around the child’s wrist and hold the PP handle with a relaxed grip. Use the poles in a natural alternating rhythm with the opposite foot when walking on trails to improve balance and reduce strain on joints. After use, shorten the poles to their compact length for transport and storage.

Usage recommendations

Choose a pole length that allows the child’s elbow to form approximately a 90° angle when the pole tip is placed on the ground. Inspect telescopic locks and straps before each use and avoid forcing segments if resistance is felt.
