Inverter/Charger Volt SinusPro ULTRA PLUS 3000 12V to 230V (1500/3000W) with 100A MPPT (30–500V)
Volt SinusPro ULTRA PLUS 3000 is a 12V to 230V inverter/charger designed to supply AC power from a DC battery bank while managing battery charging and solar input. It delivers 1,500 W continuous output with 3,000 W peak capacity, and integrates a 100A MPPT solar charge controller that accepts PV array voltages from 30 V to 500 V. The unit provides a pure sine wave output suitable for sensitive electronics and includes inverter, battery charger and solar regulator functions in a single housing for compact hybrid and backup power installations.
The combined inverter/charger with integrated 100A MPPT reduces system complexity and space requirements by replacing separate devices. Pure sine output ensures compatibility with motors, inverters and sensitive electronic equipment. The wide PV voltage range allows flexible solar array configurations and higher string voltages for reduced cable losses. Built-in battery charging and automatic transfer between grid, battery and solar input support uninterrupted power delivery and simplify system operation.
Install the inverter/charger in a well-ventilated, dry location near the battery bank and solar array combiner or charge cables. Connect the 12 V battery bank following polarity markings and recommended cable sizes to minimize voltage drop. Connect the PV array to the MPPT input observing the allowed voltage range and correct polarity. Configure battery type and charging parameters according to the battery manufacturer’s specifications before commissioning. Use the AC output for loads up to the continuous rating and avoid sustained loads above the inverter’s capacity. Follow all safety instructions in the user manual and ensure appropriate fusing and circuit protection on battery and PV circuits.
For reliable operation, use appropriately sized DC cables and high-quality connectors, set the MPPT and charger parameters to match the installed battery chemistry, and verify PV open-circuit voltage under cold conditions to remain within the 30–500 V input range. Allow sufficient ventilation for the unit and avoid continuous operation at or near the peak power rating to extend service life.
