The Caliper Volt Polska 150 MAUA 0.02 SQ is a precision vernier caliper with a 150 mm measuring range and 0.02 mm resolution. Designed for external, internal and depth measurements, this tool provides accurate dimensional checks for metalworking, engineering and quality control tasks. Its solid construction and fine scale markings support repeatable readings in workshop, inspection and maintenance environments.
The caliper offers high resolution of 0.02 mm for increased measurement precision and a 150 mm range that covers common workshop needs. A robust build ensures stability during use and resistance to routine handling. Clear vernier graduations make it easier to read small increments, reducing the chance of measurement errors. Before measuring, ensure the caliper jaws are clean and the sliding parts move smoothly. Close the jaws and set the zero on the vernier scale if necessary. For external measurements, place the object between the outside jaws and slide until a snug but non‑compressing contact is achieved; read the main and vernier scales to determine the measurement. For internal measurements, use the inside jaws and open them until they contact the bore walls. For depth measurements, extend the depth blade into the feature until it rests on the bottom and read the scales. After use, wipe the caliper clean and store it in a protective case to prevent damage.
