How to use

Unpack the mat and fully unfold it on a flat surface inside your tent or shelter. Open the valve and inflate to the desired firmness by mouth or using a compatible inflator, then close the valve securely. Position the mat on the sleeping surface and place your sleeping bag on top. To pack, open the valve to release air, roll or fold the deflated mat from the far end toward the valve to expel remaining air, then close the valve and store the rolled mat in its carrying sack.
