Safety eyewear Vorel 74504 — protective glasses, single unit
Vorel 74504 safety eyewear — single-unit protective glasses designed to shield the eyes from dust, debris and light mechanical impacts during workshop, construction, gardening or DIY tasks. These general-purpose safety glasses combine a polycarbonate lens with a nylon frame to provide basic eye protection where a clear field of vision and impact resistance are required.
The Vorel 74504 features an optical class 1 lens for high-quality, distortion-free vision suitable for continuous use. The polycarbonate lens provides good impact resistance while remaining lightweight, and the nylon frame contributes to overall durability and comfort during extended wear. Small holes at the end of the temples allow attachment of a cord or strap to keep the glasses conveniently at hand.
Place the Vorel 74504 glasses over the eyes and position the temples comfortably behind the ears. Ensure the lenses sit close to the face without gaps to provide effective protection from dust and particles. If required, thread a cord or strap through the small holes at the temple ends and secure it to prevent loss when removing the glasses. Inspect lenses and frame for damage before each use and replace the glasses if cracks or deep scratches are present.
Use these protective glasses in environments with low to moderate mechanical hazards and airborne debris. They meet EN 166 requirements and F-level impact testing but are not intended for protection against chemical splashes or high-velocity ballistic impacts. Clean lenses with a soft cloth and mild detergent; avoid abrasive cleaners to preserve optical clarity.
