Vorel car support stands 3 t capacity, height 280–420 mm, set of 2 (80308)
Set of two Vorel car support stands with 3 t capacity and adjustable height range 280–420 mm. These supports are designed to provide stable, temporary elevation of a vehicle for maintenance and repair tasks. Constructed with a compact footprint and a broad base, the stands fit under chassis points and axle areas to hold cars, light vans, and similar vehicles at a controlled working height. The mechanical support mechanism and toothed adjustment provide stepwise height selection and secure positioning.
The set offers a 3 tonne rated load per stand, allowing secure support for most passenger vehicles within the specified capacity. Adjustable height from 280 to 420 mm accommodates different lifting setups and inspection needs. Robust steel construction and a wide base contribute to stability on flat, solid surfaces. The toothed column and locking pin deliver reliable, incremental height setting and resistance to movement while under load.
Position the vehicle on a level, solid surface and apply the parking brake. Use an appropriate lifting device (jack) to raise the vehicle at the manufacturer-recommended lift point to a height slightly above the desired support level. Place the support stands under suitable chassis or axle support points, adjust the toothed column to the required height and secure with the locking pin. Lower the vehicle gently onto the stands ensuring even contact on both supports and confirm stability before starting work. To remove, raise the vehicle slightly with the jack, withdraw the locking pin, lower the column, and remove the stands.
Always follow vehicle manufacturer lift points and safety procedures. Use support stands only on level, firm surfaces and never exceed the rated load capacity. Inspect stands for damage, wear, or deformation before each use and replace if any defect is found. Combine with an appropriate hydraulic jack and wheel chocks for safest operation.
