The Vorel luggage strap 25 mm × 5 m is a securing strap designed to stabilize and bundle luggage and cargo during transport. Made from durable woven material and fitted with a buckle and a hook, the strap provides adjustable length and reliable fastening for suitcases, travel bags, roof racks and general cargo. Its 25 mm width balances strength and flexibility while the 5 m length allows for wrapping larger items or combining multiple pieces into a single load.
The strap combines a sturdy woven webbing with metal and plastic fittings to offer dependable hold and corrosion-resistant contact points. The buckle allows quick length adjustment and secure locking, while the hook simplifies attachment to anchor points on vehicles, luggage frames or rack systems. The relatively narrow profile reduces bulk when stored, and the long reach accommodates awkward or oversized items without requiring additional connectors.
Wrap the strap around the luggage or load so that the hook can reach a secure anchor point. Thread the loose end through the buckle, pull to the required tension and engage the buckle to lock the strap. Attach the hook to a fixed point on the vehicle, rack or anchor fittings, making sure the strap lies flat and without twists. To release, disengage the buckle and unhook, then rewind or fold the strap for storage.
Inspect the strap and fittings for wear, fraying or corrosion before each use. Do not rely on the strap as the only means of securing heavy or hazardous loads; combine with additional restraints if required. Avoid sharp edges and prolonged exposure to UV or chemicals to prolong service life.
