WADEX Chimney Liner 103150000

The WADEX Chimney Liner is a professional-grade component engineered for the renovation and long-term protection of chimney flues. By providing a smooth and durable inner surface, this liner facilitates the efficient removal of exhaust gases, optimizes draft performance, and significantly enhances the overall safety of residential and commercial heating systems. Its robust construction ensures resistance to high temperatures and corrosive combustion byproducts, making it an essential element for maintaining the structural integrity and operational efficiency of your chimney.

Advantages

This chimney liner offers superior durability due to its high-quality material composition, which is specifically designed to withstand the harsh conditions found within flue systems. The installation of this liner helps to prevent the accumulation of soot and creosote, thereby reducing the risk of chimney fires and improving the efficiency of connected heating appliances. Its design ensures a tight seal, which prevents the leakage of harmful gases into the living space and protects the masonry of the chimney from moisture and acidic condensate damage.

Suitable for

• Renovation of old or damaged chimney flues
• Improving draft in existing heating systems
• Protection of masonry chimneys from acidic condensate
• Installation with various gas, oil, or solid fuel heating appliances

When it may not be suitable

This liner may not be suitable for chimneys with complex bends or non-standard cross-sections where a rigid liner cannot be installed without significant structural modifications. It is also not intended for use in systems where the flue gas temperature exceeds the thermal rating of the material.

Key specifications

• Material: High-grade corrosion-resistant steel
• Function: Flue gas exhaust and chimney protection
• Compatibility: Suitable for various heating appliances
• Design: Smooth inner wall for improved draft

How to use

The installation of the WADEX Chimney Liner should be performed by a qualified professional to ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards. The process involves inserting the liner into the existing flue, ensuring that all joints are properly sealed and secured. It is essential to verify that the diameter of the liner matches the requirements of the heating appliance to maintain optimal performance and safety. Once installed, the system should be inspected to ensure there are no obstructions and that the draft is functioning correctly.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify the internal dimensions of your existing chimney flue
• Check the compatibility of the liner material with your specific heating appliance type
• Ensure the liner length is sufficient for the entire height of the chimney
• Consult with a heating specialist to confirm the installation requirements

Usage recommendations

Regular maintenance and annual inspections by a certified chimney sweep are recommended to ensure the liner remains free of debris and continues to operate safely throughout the heating season.
