The Wago 2001-1306 is a high-quality 3-conductor through terminal block engineered for efficient and secure electrical distribution. As part of the renowned TOPJOB S series, this component utilizes advanced Push-in CAGE CLAMP technology to ensure reliable, vibration-proof connections for conductors up to 1.5 mm². Its compact design, featuring a width of only 4.2 mm, allows for high-density wiring in space-constrained control cabinets and industrial panels. The distinct yellow housing facilitates clear circuit identification, making it an essential component for organized and safe electrical installations.
This terminal block offers significant space savings due to its slim profile, which is ideal for modern modular electrical systems. The Push-in CAGE CLAMP connection system allows for both solid and ferruled conductors to be inserted directly, significantly reducing installation time and labor costs. Furthermore, the robust design supports high voltage ratings up to 800 V, ensuring versatility across various industrial applications. The integration of side and center marking options provides flexibility for labeling, while the compatibility with standard DIN-rails simplifies the assembly process in diverse environments.
This terminal block is specifically designed for conductors up to 1.5 mm². It is not suitable for larger gauge wires that exceed this capacity. Additionally, while it is robust, it should not be used in environments that exceed its specified voltage or temperature ratings without appropriate protective enclosures.
To install the terminal block, snap it onto a standard 35 mm DIN-rail. For solid conductors or those with ferrules, simply push the wire into the clamping unit until it is fully seated. For stranded wires without ferrules, use a standard operating tool to open the clamp before insertion. Ensure the wire is stripped to the appropriate length as specified by the manufacturer to guarantee a secure electrical contact. Once connected, you may apply labels to the side or center marking slots for clear circuit identification.
Always ensure that the power supply is disconnected before performing any wiring tasks. Use only calibrated tools for wire stripping and terminal operation to maintain the integrity of the connection. Regularly inspect terminal blocks in high-vibration environments to ensure long-term stability.
