Terminal block Wago 2002-1201, grey, 1-pole, 5.2 mm width, 800 V rated
Wago 2002-1201 is a single-pole grey terminal block designed for compact DIN-rail installations where space-saving conductor connection and reliable electrical isolation are required. With a 5.2 mm width and a low profile, this terminal block fits into distribution boards, control panels and industrial wiring systems while supporting rated voltages up to 800 V. The product is built to allow secure clamping of conductors and to facilitate organized wiring in both new installations and retrofits.
The terminal block combines a narrow 5.2 mm footprint with secure conductor retention, enabling high-density mounting on standard DIN rails. Its grey housing provides clear visual identification in wiring schemes and the construction supports safe insulation and long-term electrical stability. Designed for through-connection, it allows two conductors to be routed and connected efficiently while maintaining required creepage and clearance distances for higher voltage applications.
Mount the terminal block on a compatible DIN rail and secure it according to the enclosure manufacturer’s instructions. Strip the conductor insulation to the recommended length, insert the conductor into the clamping point and ensure the connection is fully seated. For through-connection, insert the second conductor into the opposite side and verify both conductors are securely clamped. Confirm continuity and correct polarity where applicable, and ensure all terminations meet local wiring regulations and torque recommendations.
Use conductors and ferrules that match the terminal’s clamping range and follow the installation standards for 800 V systems. Verify suitability for Ex e II environments before installation and consult relevant certification or project documentation if explosion-protection compliance is required.
