GN 1/2 food container WAS DE1238412004, polypropylene (PP) material
GN 1/2 food container WAS DE1238412004 is a Gastro-Norm (GN) standard polypropylene (PP) pan designed for professional kitchens. It fits GN-compatible equipment such as convection and steam ovens, refrigerators, freezers and buffet displays, and is intended for storage, transport, cooking and serving of food while ensuring efficient use of space and hygienic handling.
The GN 1/2 container conforms to international GN standards for compatibility with professional kitchen equipment. Made of durable polypropylene, it is easy to clean and suitable for multiple stages of food service: cooking, cold storage, transport and presentation. Standardized dimensions allow optimal organization of shelves, fridges and display units. Available with or without lids; lids with silicone seals provide airtight closure to reduce odor transfer, slow temperature change and prevent liquid leaks during transport.
Use the GN 1/2 container to hold ingredients or prepared dishes during cooking, cooling, storage and service. Place the container directly in GN-compatible ovens for appropriate thermal processes, or store it in refrigerators and freezers. For transport or prolonged storage, use a lid with a silicone seal to secure contents and maintain temperature. Clean the polypropylene container and any removable silicone seal according to the manufacturer's cleaning instructions before reuse.
Do not expose polypropylene containers to open flame or temperatures beyond the manufacturer's specified limits. Remove silicone seals for separate cleaning and inspect lids regularly for wear to ensure airtight performance.
