Outdoor sewer pipe WAVIN PVC DN110, wall 3.2 mm, length 2000 mm

The WAVIN PVC outdoor sewer pipe is a high-quality solution designed for efficient gravity drainage and sewer systems. With a nominal diameter of 110 mm and a wall thickness of 3.2 mm, this rigid pipe offers excellent structural integrity and dimensional stability. It is engineered to withstand the demands of underground installations, providing a reliable conduit for wastewater management in both residential and light commercial environments.

Advantages

This pipe is manufactured from high-grade PVC, which provides exceptional resistance to chemical corrosion and environmental degradation. Its smooth internal surface ensures optimal flow rates and minimizes the risk of blockages, while the robust construction allows it to maintain its shape under soil pressure. The lightweight design facilitates easier handling and installation, significantly reducing labor time during site preparation. Furthermore, the material properties ensure a long service life, making it a cost-effective choice for durable infrastructure projects.

Suitable for

• Residential sewage and drainage systems
• Light commercial wastewater transport
• Gravity-fed outdoor drainage networks
• Underground piping installations

When it may not be suitable

This pipe is not intended for high-pressure applications or systems where the fluid temperature consistently exceeds the thermal limits of PVC. It should not be used in areas subject to heavy traffic loads without appropriate protective measures or structural reinforcement.

Key specifications

• Nominal diameter: 110 mm
• Wall thickness: 3.2 mm
• Length: 2000 mm
• Material: Rigid PVC
• Application: Gravity drainage

How to use

Installation should be performed by ensuring the trench base is properly leveled and compacted to provide uniform support for the pipe. The pipe sections are joined using compatible fittings, ensuring that all seals are clean and properly lubricated to prevent leaks. When cutting the pipe to size, use a fine-toothed saw and ensure the cut edge is deburred and chamfered to facilitate a smooth connection into the socket of the next fitting.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify the compatibility of the pipe diameter with existing fittings and connectors.
• Ensure the soil conditions at the installation site are suitable for standard PVC piping.
• Check local building regulations regarding the depth and bedding requirements for underground sewer pipes.

Usage recommendations

Always ensure that the pipe is laid on a stable, non-compressible bedding material such as sand or fine gravel to prevent point loading and potential deformation over time.
