How to use

Place a clean rubber gasket on the jar rim, position the 120 mm WECK glass lid centrally over the gasket, then attach metal clips to hold the lid in place. For hot-water canning, follow standard preserving procedures: fill jars while hot, seal with gasket and clips, process according to recipe-specific times and temperatures, then allow to cool until a vacuum seal forms.
