Glass jar WECK Mold 450 ml with lid – pack of 6
WECK Mold 450 ml glass jars with lids are a set of six reusable containers made for food storage and home preserving. Each jar has a 450 milliliter capacity and comes with a matching lid designed to sit securely for storing jams, pickles, sauces, dry goods and prepared meals. The jars are made from durable borosilicate glass that resists thermal shock and is suitable for everyday kitchen use.
The borosilicate glass body provides strength and clarity while remaining lightweight compared with thicker canning jars. Lids fit the Model Mold jars to help maintain freshness and make stacking and countertop organisation straightforward. The material is dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning and does not retain odours or stains, which supports reuse for different types of food. The 450 ml volume is sized for single portions, small batches of preserves, or compact storage of dry ingredients.
Before first use, wash jars and lids in warm soapy water or in the dishwasher. Fill jars with hot or cold food according to recipe or storage needs, leaving headspace if sealing for preserves. Close lids to store in the refrigerator, pantry or at room temperature depending on the food type. For canning, follow established home-preserving procedures appropriate for the recipe and ingredient acidity. Allow jars to cool before stacking or transporting.
Do not subject jars to sudden extreme temperature changes; allow jars to come to room temperature before moving from hot to cold environments. Use appropriate preserving methods and tested recipes when sealing for long-term storage. Inspect lids and glass for chips or cracks before each use and replace any damaged components.
