The WMF Profi Plus garlic press combines stainless steel construction and a removable plastic chamber to press garlic, spaetzle dough and other soft mixtures. The tool measures 35 x 13 cm and features long handles for improved leverage, a hygienic Cromargan® stainless steel press head and a dishwasher-safe removable plastic container. The functional parts are securely fixed in the handle and the press includes a practical hanging eyelet for storage. The design is part of the WMF Atelier range and belongs to the Profi Plus collection.

How to use

Place the dough or garlic into the removable plastic container until it is about half full, align the press and squeeze the handles together to force the contents through the perforated pressing area. For dough-based preparations such as spaetzle or gnocchi, press directly over boiling water or a pot as required. After use, separate the plastic container from the stainless steel press and clean both parts in the dishwasher or by hand with warm water and detergent.

Usage recommendations

To reduce effort and ensure even results, avoid overfilling the container—fill to around half capacity—and use steady pressure on the long handles. Clean promptly after use to prevent residue buildup and maintain hygiene and functionality.
