Advantages

The flexi whisk design uses numerous swinging beads on beaded wires to incorporate air quickly and prevent lumps; the wires reach the corners and outer edges of pots and bowls and the large beating area keeps the wires from sticking to the bottom. All functional parts are permanently affixed to the handle, making the utensil watertight, easy to clean and exceptionally durable.
