WUBER W22001 Low Profile Hydraulic Floor Jack 2.5T 90-360mm

The WUBER W22001 Low Profile Hydraulic Floor Jack 2.5T 90-360mm is a reliable lifting tool engineered for automotive maintenance, tire changes, and general garage work. Designed to handle vehicles with a maximum weight of 2.5 tons, this hydraulic trolley jack offers efficient and safe elevation for standard automobiles as well as vehicles featuring reduced ground clearance. With its low profile design, it easily slides beneath low-chassis cars, sports cars, and lowered vehicles.

Advantages

This hydraulic floor jack delivers stable and controlled lifting performance thanks to its robust construction and precision hydraulic system. The low minimum height of 90 mm ensures compatibility with a wide range of vehicles that standard jacks cannot reach. The durable steel frame provides structural integrity and long-lasting reliability under heavy loads, while the wide base enhances stability during operation. Equipped with smooth-rolling wheels, it allows for easy positioning and maneuverability around the workshop or garage floor.

Suitable for

• Lifting passenger cars with low ground clearance for maintenance
• Performing seasonal tire changes and wheel rotations
• Brake service, suspension checks, and undercarriage inspections
• General automotive repair work in home garages and professional workshops

When it may not be suitable

This hydraulic floor jack is not designed for lifting heavy commercial vehicles, vans, or large trucks that exceed its 2.5-ton weight capacity. Additionally, it should not be used on soft, unpaved, or uneven surfaces where stability cannot be guaranteed during the lifting process.

Key specifications

• Lifting capacity: 2.5 tons
• Minimum lifting height: 90 mm
• Maximum lifting height: 360 mm
• Hydraulic trolley jack mechanism
• Low profile design for clearance vehicles

How to use

Ensure the vehicle is parked on a flat, hard, and level surface with the parking brake securely engaged and the wheels chocked. Position the low profile hydraulic floor jack underneath the vehicle manufacturer's designated lift points. Insert the handle and pump it to raise the saddle until it firmly contacts the lifting point. Continue pumping smoothly to elevate the vehicle to the desired height. Always support the raised vehicle with certified jack stands before performing any work underneath. To lower the vehicle, slowly and carefully twist the release valve in a controlled manner.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that the 2.5-ton capacity matches the weight requirements of your vehicle
• Check that the 90 mm minimum height fits underneath your car's lowest clearance point
• Ensure you have appropriate jack stands for safe vehicle support during maintenance

Usage recommendations: Always inspect the hydraulic jack for any signs of fluid leaks, cracks, or damaged components before each use. Never exceed the rated 2.5-ton capacity and always use safety jack stands to support the vehicle before starting any repair or maintenance work.
