Low Profile Hydraulic Car Jack WUBER W22002 2.5T Capacity Lifting Range 80-375 mm

The Low Profile Hydraulic Car Jack WUBER W22002 2.5T Capacity Lifting Range 80-375 mm is a reliable and efficient lifting tool designed for automotive repair, maintenance, and tire changing tasks. Engineered by WUBER, this hydraulic low-profile car jack delivers a robust 2.5-ton capacity to handle standard passenger vehicles and cars with reduced ground clearance. With its versatile lifting range spanning from 80 mm to 375 mm, it easily slides under vehicles with lowered suspension where traditional jacks cannot reach, making it an essential addition to both professional workshops and home garages.

Advantages

This WUBER hydraulic car jack provides exceptional stability and durability during heavy lifting operations. The low-profile design ensures effortless placement beneath vehicles with minimal ground clearance, preventing damage to side skirts and bumpers. Its precise hydraulic mechanism allows for smooth and controlled lifting and lowering, reducing the physical effort required by the user. Constructed from high-grade materials, the unit is built to withstand regular workshop use while maintaining reliable performance over time.

Suitable for

• Lifting passenger cars and lowered vehicles for tire replacement
• Performing routine undercarriage maintenance and brake service in home garages
• Automotive repair work in professional service centers requiring a low initial height

When it may not be suitable

This hydraulic car jack is not designed to lift heavy commercial vehicles, trucks, or SUVs that exceed its 2.5-ton weight capacity. Additionally, it should not be used as a permanent support stand, and vehicles must always be secured with jack stands before performing any under-car work.

Key specifications

• Maximum lifting capacity: 2.5 tons
• Minimum lifting height: 80 mm
• Maximum lifting height: 375 mm
• Operating mechanism: Hydraulic system

How to use

Ensure the vehicle is parked on a flat, stable, and hard surface with the parking brake fully engaged and wheels chocked. Locate the manufacturer-recommended lifting points on the vehicle frame. Position the low-profile hydraulic car jack directly under the designated lifting point. Close the release valve tightly by turning the handle clockwise. Pump the handle smoothly to raise the vehicle to the desired height. Once elevated, immediately support the vehicle with appropriate jack stands before starting any work. To lower the vehicle, slowly turn the release valve counterclockwise in a controlled manner.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that the maximum weight of your vehicle does not exceed the 2.5-ton capacity
• Check the minimum ground clearance of your vehicle to ensure compatibility with the 80 mm starting height
• Ensure you have compatible jack stands for safe vehicle support during maintenance

Usage recommendations

Always inspect the hydraulic jack for any signs of fluid leaks or structural damage before each use. Never exceed the rated load capacity and always use certified safety stands once the vehicle is elevated.
