The wide base construction significantly enhances stability during lifting operations, reducing the risk of slippage on flat surfaces. Designed for mechanical advantage, the operation requires minimal physical effort from the user, facilitating smooth and efficient lifting. Its compact and portable profile ensures that it takes up minimal storage space in a vehicle trunk while remaining readily accessible for unexpected roadside situations.

Suitable for

• Emergency roadside tire changes
• Seasonal wheel swaps in home garages
• Routine undercarriage inspections
• Light automotive maintenance tasks

When it may not be suitable

This mechanical scissor jack is not designed for heavy commercial vehicles, large SUVs, or light trucks that exceed the 2-ton weight capacity limit. It should also never be used as the sole support for prolonged under-vehicle work without additional safety stands.

Key specifications

• Lifting capacity: 2 tons
• Minimum lifting height: 120 mm
• Maximum lifting height: 415 mm
• Operating mechanism: Mechanical screw drive

How to use

Position the scissor car jack on a firm, flat, and level surface beneath the manufacturer-recommended lifting points of the vehicle. Ensure that the parking brake is fully engaged and the vehicle is secured against rolling before starting the lift. Insert the crank handle or appropriate tool into the drive socket of the jack and rotate it clockwise to raise the saddle until it firmly contacts the vehicle lifting point. Continue turning the handle smoothly and steadily until the vehicle reaches the desired height for maintenance or wheel replacement. Lower the vehicle slowly by turning the handle counterclockwise once the task is completed.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that your vehicle weight does not exceed the 2-ton capacity limit
• Check the ground clearance of your vehicle to ensure the 120 mm minimum height fits underneath
• Confirm that your vehicle features standard designated scissor jack lifting points

Usage recommendations

Always consult your vehicle owner manual to locate the correct lifting points and ensure safe operation of the WUBER W22023 scissor car jack during any maintenance procedure.
