Washing sponge Xantos 2in1 Premium Model 514221 — dual-function scrubbing and soft cleaning pad

Xantos 2in1 Premium Model 514221 is a dual-function washing sponge that combines an abrasive scrubbing side with a soft cleaning pad. Designed for everyday household use, the sponge removes stuck-on food and grease while the soft side protects delicate surfaces. It is intended for cleaning dishes, cookware and a variety of washable surfaces in kitchens, restaurants and other general cleaning tasks.

Advantages

The dual-sided design provides effective scrubbing power on one face and a gentle, non-scratching surface on the other, reducing the need for multiple tools. The abrasive side helps tackle burnt-on food and grease, while the soft side allows safe cleaning of non-stick coatings, glass and polished surfaces. The compact shape fits comfortably in the hand for controlled pressure and targeted cleaning. The materials are lightweight and quick-drying to reduce residual moisture between uses.

Suitable for

• Washing plates, bowls and cutlery
• Cleaning pots, pans and baking trays with grease or stuck food
• Wiping countertops, sinks and tiles
• Light-duty cleaning in restaurants, cafés and catering environments
• Maintaining non-stick cookware and glassware

Key specifications

• Dual-sided construction: abrasive scrubbing face and soft washing face
• Ergonomic rectangular shape for hand-held use
• Lightweight foam core for quick drying
• Suitable for wet cleaning with detergent or soap
• Reusable for multiple cleaning cycles until visibly worn

How to use

Moisten the sponge and apply a small amount of dish soap or cleaning liquid to the soft side or directly to the surface to be cleaned. Use the abrasive side to remove stuck-on food, burnt residues and hardened grease with short, controlled strokes. Flip to the soft side for general washing and rinsing to avoid scratching sensitive surfaces. Rinse the sponge thoroughly after each use and wring out excess water. Replace the sponge when the abrasive side shows significant wear or the foam becomes degraded.

Usage recommendations

For best results, avoid using the abrasive side on highly polished or scratched-prone surfaces; test on a small inconspicuous area if unsure. Store the sponge in a ventilated area to allow drying between uses and reduce microbial growth. Do not use the sponge for heavy chemical cleaning or with solvents not intended for household sponges.
