Ice scraper and anti-fog winter multipack Xantos 514232 — sponge cloth for windshield defrosting and de-icing

Xantos 514232 Winter Multipack combines a compact ice scraper and an anti-fog sponge cloth to support routine winter car care. The set is intended for removing ice, frost and light snow from windshields, side windows and mirrors and for applying an anti-fog treatment to interior glass surfaces. The components are lightweight and designed for easy storage in the glove compartment or door pocket, providing a practical solution for improving visibility and simplifying defrosting tasks on cold mornings.

Advantages

The ice scraper features a rigid blade for efficient removal of ice and a comfortable handle for secure grip in cold conditions. The anti-fog sponge cloth absorbs and spreads a thin, even film on the glass to reduce condensation and improve interior visibility. Together the tools reduce the time required to prepare the vehicle for travel, are reusable, and do not require power or installation. The multipack format keeps both tools together so they are available when needed.

Suitable for

• Removing ice and light frost from windshields and windows
• Treating interior glass to reduce fogging and condensation
• Maintaining mirrors and small exterior glass surfaces
• Compact storage for seasonal vehicle kits

Key specifications

• Contents: ice scraper and anti-fog sponge cloth
• Primary materials: rigid plastic scraper; absorbent sponge fabric cloth
• Designed use: exterior de-icing and interior anti-fog treatment for automotive glass
• Portability: compact size suitable for glove compartment or door pocket
• Reusability: both components are reusable with normal care

How to use

Use the ice scraper to remove loose snow and then firmly scrape ice from the windshield, side windows and mirrors, holding the scraper at a shallow angle to avoid excessive force on the glass. For interior anti-fog treatment, dampen or wipe the sponge cloth across the inside of clean glass in a thin, even layer; allow the film to dry briefly before driving. After use, rinse the sponge cloth with clean water if contaminated, and dry both items before storing. Avoid using sharp tools or excessive force that could scratch the glass.

Usage recommendations

Store the multipack in a dry place inside the vehicle and keep the sponge cloth clean to ensure effective anti-fog performance. Replace the cloth if it becomes excessively worn or stained. For thick or heavily bonded ice, use a de-icer spray before scraping to reduce the risk of damage and improve efficiency.
