XPG MAESTRO PLUS 62DA CPU Air Cooler
The XPG MAESTRO PLUS 62DA CPU Air Cooler is a tower-style air cooler designed to manage heat from modern multi-core processors. It combines a dual-tower heatsink with six direct-touch heat pipes and a 120 mm fluid dynamic bearing (FDB) fan to provide high thermal performance in a compact footprint. The cooler includes a digital status panel for real-time monitoring and supports ARGB lighting and XPG Prime software for system data logging and visualization. The cooler is finished in black and measures approximately 120 mm (W) × 126 mm (D) × 160 mm (H), with a net weight around 1.4 kg and cooling capacity rated for high-TDP processors.
The MAESTRO PLUS 62DA delivers effective heat dissipation through its dual-tower high-density fins and six heat pipes that transfer heat directly from the CPU base. Its 120 mm FDB fan balances airflow and low-noise operation, providing quiet cooling under typical loads. Integrated digital status monitoring lets you track CPU temperature and usage in real time, and XPG Prime software support enables logging and graphical display of system metrics. The compact dimensions make it suitable for many mid-tower and compact builds while preserving sufficient clearance for memory and other components.
Install the cooler following the motherboard socket-specific mounting procedure: align the base plate to the CPU contact area, secure the mounting brackets appropriate for your socket type, and tighten screws to the manufacturer’s torque guidance. Connect the fan PWM header to the CPU_FAN or controllable fan header on the motherboard and attach ARGB and data cables to the appropriate headers or controller. Use the digital panel and XPG Prime software to configure monitoring and review temperature and usage data. Ensure there is sufficient clearance around the cooler for RAM modules and case panels before final assembly.
For optimal performance, pair the MAESTRO PLUS 62DA with a case that provides good front-to-back airflow and keep intake filters clean to avoid reduced efficiency. Configure a fan curve in the motherboard BIOS or software to balance acoustics and cooling according to workload. Verify compatibility with your chassis and memory height before purchase, and consult XPG Prime for firmware and software updates to maintain accurate monitoring.
