Cooling accessory XSPC 5060175589422 — computer cooling part, purple
XSPC 5060175589422 — computer cooling part, purple is a concentrated dye accessory intended for use in PC liquid cooling systems. Supplied in a small bottle, this accessory is designed to dye clear or opaque coolants to a stable purple hue, or to intensify and customise existing coolant colours. The product is compatible with XSPC cooling loops and tested with common tubing materials and water types typically used in desktop liquid cooling assemblies.
This dye provides vibrant and long-lasting colour without introducing particulate contaminants. The resealable twist/lock cap reduces spill risk during storage and allows controlled dosing. A single 30 ml bottle treats up to 5 litres of coolant at the recommended dose, making it suitable for topping up or adjusting colour intensity in custom loops. The formulation is non-toxic and has been tested with EC6, ECX and ultra-pure water, as well as PVC, PETG, acrylic and metal tubing, minimising compatibility concerns when used as directed.
Shake the bottle before use and unlock the twist/lock cap. Add the dye to the coolant reservoir or fill bottle at the recommended ratio of 6 ml per litre to achieve the standard colour intensity; for a stronger purple, increase the dose incrementally while monitoring colour and system performance. After adding dye, run the pump to circulate the coolant and inspect the loop for uniform colouration and any signs of leaks. If mixing with other dyes or changing from clear/white coolant, perform small test batches to achieve the desired shade before treating the full loop.
Use gloves and eye protection when handling concentrated dyes. Avoid over-dosing and follow the recommended 6 ml per litre starting point. When changing dye colours or performing maintenance, flush the loop thoroughly with ultra-pure water or a manufacturer-recommended cleaner to remove residual colour before adding a different dye or returning to clear coolant.
