Power Strip ACAR 504WF Black 5 AC outlet(s) 230 V 3 m
The ACAR 504 WF is an enhanced power strip based on the ACAR 504 W, equipped with a high-attenuation interference suppression filter. It provides five earthed 230 V AC outlets, two fast-blow fuses and an illuminated power switch to indicate presence of voltage. The unit is supplied with mounting brackets for permanent installation and has a 3 m cable; it is intended to protect sensitive electronic equipment from electromagnetic and radio-frequency interference.
The integrated high-attenuation EMI/RFI filter (55 dB) increases the device's ability to suppress interference and expand the range of suitable applications. Five grounded outlets allow simultaneous connection of multiple devices, while two fast-blow fuses provide basic overcurrent protection and easy replacement. The illuminated switch gives a clear visual indication of power status. Compact black plastic enclosure and included mounting brackets simplify installation in home or office environments.
Mount the power strip in a convenient location using the supplied brackets or place it on a flat surface. Connect the device to a 230 V, 50 Hz mains outlet and switch on using the illuminated power switch. Plug in equipment using the earthed outlets, making sure total connected load does not exceed the fuse ratings or the safe current capacity of the mains circuit. Replace blown fuses only with identical fast-blow types and disconnect the unit from mains before doing so.
Use the ACAR 504 WF to reduce electromagnetic and radio-frequency interference for sensitive audio/video, measuring and IT equipment. Avoid connecting devices that require dedicated surge protection or high inrush current loads (such as large motors). Ensure ventilation around the unit and follow local electrical safety regulations during installation.
