The xTool F2 Ultra combines a 60 W MOPA laser with a 40 W diode laser in a dual-laser configuration and includes the xTool Auto Streamline™ feeder. This compact laser engraving and cutting system is designed for a wide range of materials — from metals such as stainless steel, aluminum and brass to common substrates like wood, leather, acrylic, glass, stone and rubber. Dual 48 MP cameras and built-in AI automatically detect materials and optimize settings, while a larger 220 × 220 mm working area (expandable to approx. 220 × 500 mm with the feeder) and maximum speeds up to 15,000 mm/s improve throughput for both hobby and small-scale production tasks.

How to use

Place the workpiece within the 220 × 220 mm work area or set up the Auto Streamline™ feeder for continuous feeding and larger runs. Use xTool Creative Space (xcs) to import your design file (SVG, DXF, JPG, PNG, etc.), select or let the AI detect the material, and apply the suggested parameters. Position using the dual cameras and enable autofocus. Start the job from the touchscreen controller or via the software connection. Monitor extraction and safety indicators during operation and stop immediately if an alarm or emergency stop is triggered.

Usage recommendations

For best results, select the correct material profile in xTool Creative Space or allow the AI to auto-detect material; perform test passes when working with unfamiliar substrates; ensure adequate ventilation and use the extraction system; and secure small or irregular items before engraving. For batch production, configure the Auto Streamline™ feeder and verify alignment with a trial run.
