xTool Selected Apparel Printer Film Rolls, 100 m

The xTool Selected Apparel Printer Film Rolls, featuring a generous 100-meter length, are premium consumables engineered specifically for high-quality garment printing and heat transfer applications. These rolls are designed to facilitate precise ink transfer, ensuring that intricate designs are reproduced with clarity and durability on a wide variety of textile surfaces. By maintaining consistent tension and surface properties, these films support professional-grade results for custom apparel production, making them a reliable choice for both small-scale projects and larger manufacturing runs.

Advantages

These printer film rolls offer exceptional stability during the heat transfer process, which minimizes the risk of design distortion or ink bleeding. The high-quality material composition ensures excellent adhesion to fabrics, resulting in prints that withstand regular washing and wear without cracking or fading. Furthermore, the extensive 100-meter length provides significant operational efficiency by reducing the frequency of roll changes, allowing for a more streamlined and productive workflow in busy printing environments.

Suitable for

• Custom apparel and t-shirt production
• Personalized textile design projects
• Heat transfer applications on various fabric types
• Professional garment printing workshops

When it may not be suitable

This film is specifically optimized for heat transfer printing processes and may not be compatible with direct-to-garment (DTG) printers or other non-heat-based printing technologies. It is also not intended for use on non-textile surfaces, as the adhesive properties are formulated exclusively for fabric bonding.

Key specifications

• Total length: 100 meters
• Application type: Heat transfer
• Compatibility: Various fabric types
• Finish: Professional-grade textile transfer

How to use

To use the xTool Selected Apparel Printer Film, first ensure your design is prepared according to the requirements of your specific heat transfer printer. Load the film roll into the designated feed mechanism of your equipment, ensuring it is properly aligned to prevent skewing during the printing process. Once the design is printed onto the film, position it carefully on the target garment. Use a heat press set to the manufacturer-recommended temperature and pressure settings to bond the design to the fabric. After the press cycle is complete, allow the material to cool as specified before carefully peeling away the backing film to reveal the finished design.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify compatibility with your specific heat transfer printer model
• Ensure your heat press equipment can accommodate the width of the film
• Consider the volume of your production to ensure the 100-meter length meets your needs

Usage recommendations

For the best results, always perform a test print on a scrap piece of fabric to confirm temperature and pressure settings before applying the design to final garments. Store the rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain the integrity of the adhesive layer.
