How to use

Place the xTool P2S on a stable surface and connect the exhaust and water-cooling systems following the manufacturer's instructions. Load your design in xTool Creative Space or LightBurn via WiFi or USB, set material type and thickness, and allow the system to autofocus and measure distance with LiDAR before starting. For long materials, enable AutoPassthrough™ and feed the material according to the guide. Monitor the first pass to confirm settings and use the emergency stop if necessary. After finishing, let the device cool and follow required daily maintenance procedures such as cleaning the magnetic filter screen and checking the optical path indicator.

Usage recommendations

Use appropriate ventilation or the built-in filtration when processing materials that generate smoke. Verify material compatibility for CO₂ laser work and perform test cuts on scrap to determine optimal power and speed. Keep the water-cooling system filled to specified capacity and follow the daily maintenance steps to maintain cutting precision and safety.
