zenwire external enclosure for M.2 NVMe and M.2 SATA SSDs provides a compact, portable solution to expand storage and move data quickly. The enclosure accepts M-key and M+B-key M.2 drives in lengths 2230, 2242, 2260 and 2280 and connects to host devices via a USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 (USB 3.1 Gen 2) port for transfer speeds up to 10 Gbps. The aluminium housing supports plug-and-play operation without driver installation and includes all necessary cables and fittings for installation.

How to use

Open the enclosure by pressing both sides of the “Open” button and sliding the housing out. Insert the M.2 SSD into the M.2 slot, using the appropriate retention clip for the drive length to secure it, then slide the housing back until it locks. Connect the enclosure to your computer, laptop, smartphone or other host using the provided USB‑C cable (USB‑C to USB‑C) or the USB‑C to USB‑A cable for older ports. The device is plug-and-play and requires no driver installation on supported systems.

Usage recommendations
