Endoscope Inspection Camera Zenwire T42 with IPS Display, USB-C, 5 m Cable
The Zenwire T42 endoscope inspection camera combines a built-in IPS display with a 5 m flexible cable and USB-C connectivity to enable on-site visual inspection of pipes, engine bays, ducts and other confined or hard-to-reach spaces. The integrated screen provides real-time images without the need for a phone or computer, while the flexible probe and camera head are designed to navigate bends and tight openings during maintenance, diagnostics or installation checks.
The integrated IPS display delivers a clear, color-accurate live view that is readable from a variety of angles and lighting conditions. A 5 m flexible cable extends inspection reach while remaining manageable for workshop tasks. USB-C connectivity supports convenient power and data transfer options and simplifies connection to compatible power sources. The unit is designed for practical field use, offering a self-contained inspection solution that reduces the need for additional devices.
This endoscope is intended for visual inspections and routine diagnostics rather than precision measurement or surgical-level applications. It may not be suitable where very high-resolution imaging, calibrated measurement tools, or intrinsically safe explosion-proof certification are required. For environments with corrosive chemicals or extreme temperatures, additional protective measures or specialised equipment should be considered.
Power the device via a compatible USB-C power source and switch on the integrated display. Insert the flexible probe into the area to be inspected and advance it slowly while observing the live image on the screen. Adjust lighting or camera orientation as needed to improve visibility; use steady, controlled movements to avoid damaging the probe or the inspected surface. After the inspection, retract the probe carefully, power off the unit and store the cable coiled without sharp bends.
For best results, clean the probe after each use, avoid forcing the cable through very tight or jagged passages, and use additional external lighting when inspecting very dark cavities. Store the device in a dry place and handle the camera head gently to preserve image quality.
