Aquarium Decorative Gravel Zuma Line Akvastabil Libra 3–5 mm, 1 kg, green
Zuma Line Akvastabil Libra green decorative gravel is a colored substrate material with a grain size of 3–5 mm supplied in a 1 kg pack. Designed for freshwater aquariums and terrariums, this gravel creates a consistent green bottom layer that highlights plants and decorative elements while helping to anchor roots and hold small décor in place. The uniform grain size makes it suitable for creating even surfaces and contrast against aquatic vegetation.
The 3–5 mm grain size ensures stable placement and limited movement under water flow, while the colored finish provides an even tone across the aquarium floor. Supplied in a convenient 1 kg package, the gravel is easy to portion for small tanks, planting zones, or decorative accents. The product is intended for use in freshwater environments and supports typical hobbyist layout tasks such as creating visual contrast and anchoring plant roots.
Before use, rinse the gravel thoroughly under running water until the rinse water runs clear to remove dust and loose particles. Spread an even layer of gravel on the bottom of the aquarium or terrarium to the desired depth, taking care not to create steep slopes that could trap debris. Place plants, decorations, and hardscape elements on top of the gravel; small-rooted plants can be gently pressed into the substrate to help establish anchoring. When performing maintenance, use a gravel vacuum cautiously to avoid excessive removal of substrate.
Use this gravel in combination with nutrient-rich substrate layers underneath if you keep demanding planted aquariums. Rinse well before first use and add in portions to achieve the desired depth and visual effect. Replace or top up gravel gradually during long-term maintenance to preserve layout stability and appearance.
